Refund Policy for Employers
Mployd, (referred to here as "Mployd.com" and "Mployd" ), must receive all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments via our contact form, within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. If the refund request is received within 7 days of the purchase date and the customer has not used their Mployd account to access the Mployd.com jobsite during this period, or hasn't used services purchased in this period, the customer will be granted a full refund.
All sales on Mployd.com for Job Posting and CV/Resume Database Search options are final after a job is posted or the resume database is searched. There are no refunds after such actions by the customer. Job postings and CV/resume database searches are not products that can be returned.
Refunds, replacements and adjustments will be considered if received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and will also be considered for technical problems on Mployd servers resulting in the customer not being able to view the Mployd Jobsite. Mployd must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within 7 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or adjustment will be considered.
After seven (7) calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds, replacements and adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Mployd.com, only if the customer's account hasn't been used since purchase was made.
In the event that the Mployd.com removes a job posting from the Mployd Jobsite, which it believes to be either fraudulent or libelous, (but is not limited to this instance) Mployd reserves the right to refuse a refund.
In order to better understand how to properly use the customer account and to minimize customer error, Mployd highly recommends that before a purchase, the customer:
- Reads carefully all emails sent to the customer by Mployd
- Reads Mployds' Terms of Use
- Reads the Mployds' Privacy and Spam Policy
