Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource or Organizational Development
With MBA or MA degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management is an advantage
With at least 10 years working experience in human resource and 5 years of which at managerial level
With extensive exposure in Manufacturing environment
Must be willing to work long hours
Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna
