CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The successful candidate of this dynamic and exciting new role will build strong, effective customer relationships with new, existing and potential customers by providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, responding to customer needs and requirements. As the successful team member, you will provide direct customer care with our customers, accurate sales quotations, sales order preparation, computerized order entry, payment processing, report writing, inventory management, and other related inside sales and customer service administration.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering/technologist and/or sales/marketing education with experience in the construction industry is a definite asset. Experience in estimating, bidding, quantity and material takeoffs, and knowledge of all Microsoft applications are required. Communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, demonstrated initiative, a willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills are also requirements. Previous work experience in manufacturing is a definite asset. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
