CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR FRENCH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Client Overview: Large call centre located in a park-like setting in River Heights. A company which was founded on the principle that employees are the top resource of any company, and should be treated accordingly. Satisfied employees treat customers well, and satisfied customers create satisfied clients.
Professional call centre environment requires customer service and sales personnel to provide customer service, answer inquiries, and book appointments for both inbound and outbound calls. Day, evening, weekend and overnight positions; Fulltime 35-40 hours.

What you will do:

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone and/or e-mail.

• Ensure inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain professional and effective customer service when corresponding with customers

• Accurately track and document items as per requested by Management

• Project a positive image of the Company and their Clients

• Promote Companies aims and objectives

• Stay informed and comply with all policies and procedures

• Maintain and exceed all company and account standards

Must Have’s:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and French fluently
• The ability to work independently
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Previous Customer Service experience or a strong aptitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
