• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone and/or e-mail.
• Maintain professional and effective customer service when corresponding with customers
• Communicate promptly with your coach and fully inform them of all unusual matters
• Stay informed and comply with all policies, procedures and product changes
• Participate in team meetings and discussions
• Maintain and exceed all company and account standards
Must Have’s:
• Enthusiastic approach to life
• Previous Customer Service experience an asset but not required
• Ability to multi-task and basic computer knowledge
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
