If you have:
 The ability to accommodate in house training
 The ability to work independently.
 A private, secure work area within the home.
 Reliable computer and a high speed Internet connection and a dedicated phone line.
 Strong computer skills including the ability to navigate the Internet.
 PC, monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
 A professional phone presence.
 Excellent verbal and written communication.
 Previous customer service experience or a strong aptitude.
