These details are  important because they help identify the specific skills that are necessary for success in a given job.

As to smiling when being interviewed, well then, it is a fact that every person feels highly excitable at the time of interview. So there is nothing wrong, really nothing wrong with that, unless it’s like a sickness for you, that chilling is like habitual. It’s not bad  to make it sure that you smile and greet other people in office with a friendly nod.
