We are 1 year old today!

Hello! It’s the end of the month again and as usual we’ve got updates for you!
We’ve partnered with PayScale and added a Salary Calculator for each job posted. Get personalized salary reports that are relevant to you and the job you are looking at instantly.
Here’s an example for salary for Purchasing Manager in Saint Louis Missouri.
We’ve cleaned up the resume management section and added the much awaited quick permalink to all public resumes. Social bookmarking buttons were also added for quick bookmarking and sharing.

The delete resume functionality is now available for raw (non-member) job applications.
Deleting a resume is final and cannot be undone. More updates to come.

Hello! We’ve been busy (as usual) again this month and we’re proud to update you with what we’ve done the past few weeks.
First, if you have posted a job in US, Canada, UK and Philippines, expect your jobs to be all over the Internet as we have completed the job distribution to the leading job aggregators on the planet as well as social networks (provided by SimplyHired):
SimplyHired also provides a search engine for both MySpace and LinkedIn. So, expect your jobs to be searchable there too.*
We’ve also pushed the new subscription page for employers. It should look like the screenshot below:
You will also have the functionality to print your invoices from that screen too (below).
And a lot more site tweaks and optimization. Next month, we’ll be working on some features for both job seekers and employers. So stay tuned!

We have received an honorable mention at the recent 2008 SEOmoz Web 2.0 Awards. The Internet really does allows small companies to compete with large companies and Mployd has been one perfect example of “you don’t have to be a large company to compete with billion-dollar companies”. You just have to be good at what you do.
We are fast becoming one of the largest job posting Web sites on the Internet and slowly taking market share away from some of the largest employment job sites.
